Class Information

This class action suit will include all current members of the New York State and Local Employees’ Retirement System (ERS) and all current retirees from the ERS in all Tiers 1, 2, 3 and 4, who have rendered part-time annually salaried service, whether elected or by appointment, to any participating employer in the ERS.
